Are you a Master now?

The entire point of this ABC campaign was to show you just how much goes into social media marketing. The list is truly endless! Here at socialtopia, our core mission is to break the mold of conventional social media marketing. We're here to educate, provide value, and treat your business as if it were our own.

It's 2021 and the realm of social media marketing has lightyears to go - let's master these basic principles so that when we do continue to see advances, you can take this knowledge and apply it to your business for continued success.

Have merch that you give out to promote your brand? Make sure it's Instagram-worthy! When your audience loves your products and services, they may document this and tag you in their stories. You should be reposting that 100% of the time and saving it to your highlights. P.S. People love to have their content reposted by a brand, so the more they know you share, the higher the chance they'll post!

One of the best examples of viral marketing would be the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge that started back in 2014 to raise awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Disease. It raised $115M in 8 weeks!!! It went viral because once you did the challenge, you had to nominate 3 additional people to participate. The objective was simple, clear, and created a sense of urgency because you had only 24 hours to complete the challenge once nominated.

If you seem to have a decent following, but aren't getting the results or conversions you're looking for, think about hosting a free webinar. This is useful for any industry. To name a few ideas depending on your industry: You can offer a live workout and a Q&A session to follow, host a How-To series, invite a prominent guest speaker, offer free training, etc. Webinars are a great way to spark conversation and build relationships with your audience. By providing valuable industry insight, you're also building brand authority.
